As a nonprofit studio, we primarily rely on donations and memberships from our supporters. It is by these means that we are able to continue our Art Therapy Programming for the special needs community.
As a Simply ArtAble member you will receive exclusive studio benefits and your membership donation is tax deductible.
All Simply ArtAble members receive:
No studio fees for open paint for up to 4 friends/family
• Discounts on adults/kids parties, summer camps, art club and classes
• Bring in your own items to paint from home for a small fee
• Member specials every month
Your Membership/Donation supports:
Painting sessions for individuals with disabilities, painting sessions for group homes or day programs, art camp for a child with disabilities, Pizza-Paint Parties for persons with disabilities, painting classes for in-hospital patients and residents of Senior Living and treatment facilities!
There are many ways to support Simply ArtAble’s nonprofit mission and activities.
Whether it’s time or money, your contribution is much appreciated and goes a long way! Simply ArtAble often has a need for volunteers to help out with weekend birthday parties, summer camps, release day camps, and special events. Or…join us for a Pizza-Paint party!! Be a paint buddy with a special needs painter, socialize with and get to know a new friend! This is a great opportunity to learn about a non profit art center and gain experience working with children and people with disabilities. No matter what type of event you volunteer for, you are supporting our mission to provide arts programming for people with disabilities and we thank you! All volunteers must be at least 15 years old. We are more than happy to accept a donation in any amount, however. To make a donation of less than $50, please mail a check to Simply ArtAble at 4109 Upton Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN 55410 with a note that it is a donation. Thank you!
